| Meet Fred Hempy
I remember my friends riding horses down Pleasanton's Main Street to get to school. Times have changed since 1964. The valuable local relationships I have made over the years have helped my clients immensely---especially after the close of escrow. When you've lived and conducted business in an area as long as I have, you learn the personalities of certain subdivisions---the subtle shift in breezes that effects noise levels only at certain times of the year---the expected changes in the local political climate that effects every homeowner, and countless other benefits I provide for my clients.
I've been a broker for 22 years. I think I'm at the "top of my game". Experience is the ONLY teacher in the real estate business. Credibility and trust are the most important aspects when dealing with other real estate professionals---you probably were'nt aware of that. In short, my relationship with the real estate community is your biggest asset. My $150,000,000 in closed escrows pales to the pride I feel when clients call years later to thank me for the guidance I gave them---most have stayed in the original home I sold them.
Buying or selling a home shouldn't feel like brain surgery. On the contrary, you should feel mostly excitement mixed with the calming feeling that everything is being handled.
We, at Valley Brokers, respect the value of your time. Please use the other valuable links within this site to familiarize yourself with our area-----and thanks for visiting Valley Brokers.
